General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

2. Products and Services

Retrotrip offers personalized posters created by the user via the Retrotrip mobile application. Once the order is confirmed, the poster is printed and delivered to the specified address.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC). No additional fees are applied.

4. Orders

Poster creation and account setup are done directly through the Retrotrip application. The user must provide their delivery address and complete the payment to validate the order.

An order confirmation is sent via SMS, and order tracking is available in the application.

5. Payment

Payments are secure and processed via Stripe, which offers various payment methods (credit card, etc.). The charge is immediate once the order is validated.

6. Delivery

Posters are delivered to the address provided by the user when placing the order. Retrotrip strives to ensure prompt delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to personalized products, such as posters custom-created via Retrotrip.

Once the printing process has started, no cancellation or refund can be made.

However, if the user notices a defect or error in the delivered product, they are encouraged to contact customer service for prompt resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

The designs of the posters and the Retrotrip application are the exclusive property of CHAUVIN Jean-Baptiste Thibault. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no amicable solution is found, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
